Privacy Policy
Last updated: September 18, 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how Pipeline Consulting LLC ("Pipeline," "we," "us") collects, uses, and protects information when you visit pipeline.app, submit a form, or use our platform.
Information you give us
When you request a conversation. Your name, email address, organization, phone number if you provide one, and anything else you enter on the form.
When your organization becomes a client. Account details for your staff, the content you approve for campaigns, and the settings you configure in the platform.
When you contact us. The contents of your message and how to reach you.
Information we collect automatically
When you visit our website we collect standard technical information, including IP address, browser type, pages visited, and the site or ad that referred you. We use cookies and similar technologies for this. You can control cookies through your browser settings.
Information we process for our clients
When our clients run campaigns through Pipeline, we process information about their donors on their behalf, including name, email address, phone number, donation amount and date, billing ZIP code, messages exchanged, and calls scheduled or completed.
That information belongs to our client, not to Pipeline. We process it only to provide the services in our agreement with them. If you are a donor and want your information corrected or removed, contact the organization you gave to. You may also contact us and we will route your request to them.
How we use information
- To respond to your request and schedule a conversation
- To provide, operate, and improve our services and platform
- To send transactional messages such as receipts, confirmations, and reminders
- To measure how our campaigns and website perform
- To meet legal, tax, and accounting obligations
- To protect against fraud, abuse, and security incidents
Text messages
If you consent to text messages, we use your phone number to send the messages described in our Terms of Service. Consent is optional and is never required to submit a form or to use our services.
We do not sell or share phone numbers or SMS consent with third parties for their own marketing purposes. We share phone numbers with our messaging provider only to deliver the messages you agreed to receive.
You can stop texts at any time by replying STOP. Reply HELP for help, or contact us at support@pipeline.app.
Payment information
Donations made through a Pipeline giving form are processed by Stripe and go directly into the receiving organization's own Stripe account. Pipeline does not collect, store, or have access to full card numbers. We retain limited details such as the card brand, the last four digits, the amount, the date, and the billing ZIP code so that donations can be displayed and reconciled.
How we share information
We share information only in these circumstances:
- Service providers who help us operate, including payment processing, messaging, email delivery, calendar connections, analytics, and hosting. They may use the information only to provide services to us.
- Our clients, where the information relates to their donors or their campaigns.
- Advertising platforms, where a conversion event is reported back to the platform that delivered an ad. This tells the platform that a conversion occurred so campaigns can be measured and optimized.
- Legal reasons, when required by law, subpoena, or to protect rights, safety, or property.
- Business transfer, if Pipeline is involved in a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.
We do not sell personal information.
How long we keep information
We keep information for as long as needed to provide the services, and afterwards as needed for legal, tax, and accounting purposes. Client data is retained according to the agreement with that client. Records of consent and opt-out are kept as long as needed to honor them.
Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect information, including encryption in transit, access controls, and restricting access to staff who need it. No system is perfectly secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Your choices
- Texts. Reply STOP to opt out at any time.
- Email. Use the unsubscribe link in marketing emails. We will still send transactional messages related to your account or your gift.
- Cookies. Control these through your browser.
- Access, correction, and deletion. Contact us at support@pipeline.app. Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or port your information, or to object to certain processing. If your request concerns information we process for a client, we will route it to that organization.
Children
Our website and services are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will change the date at the top of this page.
